I'm not entirely sure, but I think that it's because they can be made up of different amounts and types of glucose molecules combined in different ways.
Close......they are all made up of the same glucose molecules, just bonded together in different ways. Check out Lucy's video for a visual of this if you want.
Quick question....If all the polysaccharides you mention are all made up of glucose molecules, how can they all have a different function?
